The Trustee Management Committee


Newport Village Hall was originally built in the 1950's by the local villagers themselves on land donated by a local brewery. It was an enormous undertaking at the time and the village can rightly be proud of such an achievement.

The Hall is now a registered charity (No 1012618) managed by a Trustee Management Committee elected at the AGM in May each year. The Committee consists of Elected Trustees, Representative Trustees nominated by the regular users and co-opted members.
